This Works

01. Inquiry

Using our contact form, you initiate our free 15 minute phone consultation.

02. Consultation

After we discuss your project over the phone, we will schedule a one hour meeting at your home or office and devise an organizing plan.

03. Tour

During our on-location meeting, we’ll take a tour of your space. We ask that you don’t tidy things up or put things away before we arrive so we can see exactly how you function in your home or office.

 

04. Discuss

Together, we will discuss your organizing goals and formulate a plan for reaching them. Our meeting will include a comprehensive overview of your challenges, prioritizing where to begin, and determining if we have all the tools required for the project.

05. Schedule

We will then schedule our first session where we will work side by side to accomplish your goals. There may be a single organizer or several depending on the project and timeline set forth at the consultation.

06. Maximize

Our goal is to maximize the functionality of your space while eliminating chaos and clutter.

07. Teach

We then take our expertise a step further by teaching you organizing skills and setting up systems that allow you to remain organized long after your project is complete.

MEET KAREN

My name is Karen Eskin, Founder and President of Organized Advantage. My passion for keeping spaces and schedules in order led me to help people just like you live simpler lives. I have been a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals, the leading organizing authority, for over 15 years and am a Certified Professional Organizer. I am also a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers. Our work has been featured in Style Blueprint, FIX Magazine, The Commercial Appeal, and Memphis Parent.

 

Chappell YOSTe

Chappell has been featured in several Midsouth Living Magazine issues and has worked in fine art galleries, adding another level of detail to her spaces. Art arrangement, furniture placement, and an eye for color are gifts she loves to share with her organizing clients.

Kathleen Carter

Kathleen’s gifts naturally translate into organizing, making a home run smoothly and efficiently while preserving its beauty and comfort. As an Organizer, her goal is to help clients enjoy their home by enhancing its functionality without sacrificing a bit of its charm.

Raegan Michael

Following graduation, Raegan decided to take on the role of Operations Coordinator in addition to working as an Organizer. She keeps the business running smoothly and clients love her sensible approach to functional spaces that fit the clients personality.

Allison Hyatt

Allison is our Social Media Coordinator and also works as an Organizer. Her goal is to help others gain freedom and functionality by establishing well thought out systems throughout the home. With a love for design and an eye for detail, Allison aims to create enjoyable spaces for all.

Jan Hayes

Jan enjoys making spaces functional yet beautiful and loves to be creative with her projects. Her favorite part of organizing is building relationships with clients and seeing their joy and peace after bringing structure to their space.   • Just give us a call! We’re always available to answer your questions and are anxious to show you how easy it is to get and stay organized with the help of a Professional Organizer.

  • We are passionate about what we do and are eager to help! In a nurturing, non-judgmental way, we will help make a difference in your everyday life. Whether we are working on time management, clearing out your closets, or streamlining your business, you will be amazed at how motivated you are after just one session. We will be by your side, cheering you on, every step of the way.

  • During the initial phone consultation, we will discuss your areas of concern and begin to get to know one another. At that time, we will schedule an in home, 1 hour consultation which will allow us to set goals and create a plan of action. At our first work session, which typically lasts 3 to 6 hours, we will begin tackling your project. You will see progress every time we work together!

  • Our fees are based on an hourly rate we will discuss during your phone consultation. We accept checks or credit cards and typically invoice clients once a month.

  • Getting organized is a process and requires changing your current habits. Systems such as how to process incoming mail, how to maintain a filing system, or even how to better manage your time can be established in a single day. But it’s finding the right tools and establishing good habits that will truly make a difference in your life, and that takes time. How quickly you make decisions regarding what to keep and what to give away will also affect how quickly you reach your organizing goals. So be patient and take things one day at a time. You are well worth the investment in time and money to create a more peaceful environment whether at home or at the office.

  • You do! Our job is to help you reach your organizing goals and you have the ultimate say on what we get rid of and what stays. There is no pressure to give things away. We ask insightful questions about your items that help you decide what you truly need, but the decision is ultimately yours.

  • Again, the choice is yours. Items may be passed on to family and friends, recycled, donated, sold, or simply thrown away. We have numerous resources and are happy to make suggestions regarding the best use of your items.

  • Getting organized will save you time, money, and possibly your sanity. Imagine if you could find everything you needed as soon as you needed it. Imagine knowing exactly how much you have of something so you didn’t purchase duplicates. Imagine walking into an organized office with the days to do list already sitting on your desk. It’s possible!

  • As with anything in life, you won’t know until you try. We will motivate and inspire you to reach your organizing goals. While teaching you organizing skills and paving the way for good habits, together we will set up systems that allow you to stay organized long after our work is through. Every solution is customized to the way you function and live in your space making it a long term solution to controlling chaos and clutter in your life.
